Lyft’s Free Unlock Campaign

Our Approach

Encouraging prospective bikeshare riders, seeking a fun and joyful way to navigate their city, to take their first Lyft Bike or Scooter ride by offering them a seamless free unlock upon download. 

Everyone’s seen the bikes and scooters around their city-they know they’re there. But we want to spark a spontaneous moment, encouraging riders to break free from routine with a free unlock on us. Each ride offers that ‘breezy’ feeling-light, effortless, and carefree-both in how they move and how they feel as they glide through the city.

The Results

Great success with over 65% customer usage and over 3500 redemptions.
